We offer 2 Foundry Townhouses practically adjacent to each other. Truman Annex is a six block gated community right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach, 2 blocks from Duval Street, and right next to the nightly Sunset Festival at Mallory Square. While a parking spot is provided…a car is not needed as you can walk to everything! The townhouse features a king bed, 2 twin beds (or request a conversion to a king bed) and a sleeper sofa. First floor features an open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen along with a 1/2 bath and outside deck. The second floor features bedroom #1 with an En Suite full bathroom and private balcony. The third floor features bedroom #2 with an En Suite full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and everything you need to cook, including such essentials as a blender for those fun drinks, coffee maker for the next morning, and a microwave for the late night popcorn! Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and there is a large 55″ Smart TV in the living room. Complete stereo system with CD player full of music and/or an Amazon Echo with Bluetooth so you can play music from your phone or just tell “Alexa” to play your favorite song. Blu Ray DVD player with movies and much more! Ceiling fans in every room plus central air. Internet service provided at no additional cost. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included.
