Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking in the house- No fireworks or other illegal activities- No outside fires or fire pits- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors
