If you are looking for ski in/ski out, charming romantic getaway with balcony overlooking babbling creek, look no further. This tiny stylish studio (280 sq.ft.) is in easy walking distance to Main Street, Snowflake Lift and Sawmill Reservoir Trail. Ski back to the condo via Four O’Clock run. We furnished it with king bed with June 2024 new, medium-firm Sealy posturepedic mattress with luxury down bedding, big screen TV and loveseat recliner. Escape to the heart of the Rocky Mountains and experience our enchanting town. Access to Upper Village Pool and hot tub.Nicely renovated 280sq.ft. studio with a private deck facing a creek (not a road or the parking lot). It’s located right in the heart of Breckenridge.Room. King size bed, 55″ flat-screen TV, and reclining loveseat.The kitchenette is equipped for light meals. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. It’s stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery. King bed with down bedding and a flat-screen tv with live channels. Free wi-fi. Small dining table for 2.Bathroom. Glass shower with travertine tiles.Balcony. Private balcony overseeing babbling creek and Four O’Clock Ski Run.Pool and Hot Tubs. You will have access to the off-property Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. It’s located about three blocks from the condo. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April).Parking. Free outdoor parking for one car.Wi-fi. Basic wi-fi through Dish Network is provided.Washer and Dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the property.The condo is only three blocks from historic Main Street, with all shops and restaurants.Ski-In Ski-Out. Snowflake lift is less than a block from the condo. It would take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O’Clock Ski Run (weather/snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes.Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA’s criteria and we follow the CDC’s Cleaning Guidelines.Easy, contactless check-in.
