By the Brook is a 180 year old, wormy chestnut cabin that has been lovingly renovated into a beautiful, fully modern, mountain retreat.This labor of love rests on 50+ acres next to a creek with a beautiful view of pasture and pond.Located just 3.8 miles from historical Blowing Rock, you will be close to shopping, dining, skiing, hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone and all the High Country has to offer.Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows give the living room a comfortable and airy place to relax and a fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms offer queen beds and a private bath. A stainless gas grill allows you to cook on the covered deck while enjoying the tranquility of your surroundings.
