This is a luxurious condo with an open floor plan living area. It is very nicely furnished, including two extremely comfortable recliners for relaxing and watching TV. The living area opens to the balcony with a view of the pool area and beyond to the ocean. The spacious balcony is furnished with chairs and a table. Take your morning coffee out to the balcony in the mornings and favorite beverages in the afternoons to enjoy the view and sounds of the fountains, and ocean waves. The kitchen is well equipped and has a smooth top range and French door refrigerator. The dining area has a table that seats 6, and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. The luxurious master suite opens to the balcony and view, and it has a 4-poster king bed, and a TV. The master bath has a vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a tiled, walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, each has private access to a bathroom. This condo has a reserved, covered parking space underneath the building, and it is located near the private staircase to your balcony. Other amenities include ceiling fans and outside storage (for your beach equipment). Guests have access to Crescent at Sandpiper Run and Litchfield by The Sea amenities – beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.This condo is equipped with the award winning REME HALO whole home in-duct air purifier.
