Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.We guarantee the property’s cleanliness upon your arrival.All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.- POLICIES — No smoking (there will be a mandatory room refreshment fee of $500 in addition to the cleaning fee)- No pets allowed- No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers- No events, parties or large gatherings- Must be at least 21 years old to book
