Recent remodel includes new Trex deck, highly efficient natural gas central heat and AC, high speed Wi-fi, new den on the lake, new driveway and smart HD TVs. Please note, the smart HD TVs stream your Netflix, Amazon etc but we discontinued satellite TV.House comes with 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards.Lake level, queen bedroom on the lake, queen bedroom off the lake, den on the lake with 5 twin beds (bunk bed, trundle bed and 2 twins), and the upstairs bedroom on the lake has a queen bed and second level deck on the water.King in the master second floor, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms at lake level, 5 twins in the loft, plus a queen sleeper sofa.Located just 7 minutes from the historic Betsie Lighthouse, 10 minutes from the beautiful Lake Michigan Beach in Frankfort and 10 minutes from downtown Beulah, 25 miles south of Sleeping Bear Dunes.New circular driveway offers parking for 5 cars, or a trailer and 4 cars.
