Welcome to Crystal Sands Beach House ll at Indian Rocks Beach! Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach.Newly renovated with all new furniture and all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries. BBQ and outdoor picnic table.Great location, 1 block to one of the best beaches in a Florida with spectacular sunsets . Also, within 1 to 3 blocks to some of the best restaurants like Guppies, Keegan’s, Chicago Jax, TJ,s Italian, Pajano’s, Salt. There is a bicycle rental, paddle board rental, surf shop, ice cream shop, massage spa, bait and tackle and English pub in our same street. For the kids there is a great park (Kolb Park) one block away. Be in the center of everything while enjoying the quiet location.Indian Rocks Beach is right in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are no high rises and limited beach parking therefore, it is all your to enjoy!As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles.
