With a wrap-around covered deck on the main floor, an open back deck on the third floor, and a crow’s nest (widow’s walk) on the fourth level, you’ll experience the absolute best views in Sargent of the sunrise, sunset, Gulf of Mexico, Intracoastal Waterway, and the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge!Inside you’ll enjoy a bright and spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen filled with furnishings and beachy décor to help you relax and feel at home during your vacation getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, bakeware, utensils, pots, pans, deep fryers, stock pots, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and basic spices! A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer sits just off the kitchen, and one bedroom has a desk to work remotely, if you must.Take the interior spiral staircase to the third level lookout with a game table and an amazing 360° view of your surroundings; then climb up the exterior spiral staircase to the open “Nest” for a truly breathtaking bird’s eye view.The home comfortably sleeps 10. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath; the second bedroom has a queen bed and small desk; the third bedroom has a queen bed; and the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A tri-folding twin mattress is also provided which is perfect for an adult or teen to enjoy their own private space in the third level lookout! It has 5G fiber internet and three Smart TVs including YouTube TV.Outside you’ll discover some of the best saltwater fishing and crabbing from the private lighted dock on the ICW with an overwater greenlight, fish cleaning station with sink and a garden hose, or grab your rod and stroll over to the surf side. Clean your catch or just relax and visit downstairs around the outdoor bar with a stainless steel countertop and sink.Crab traps, cast nets, landing nets, beach chairs, outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit are all available for use. Wood for the firepit, one bag of charcoal and lighter fluid are provided.No pets or animals allowed on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside. No parties or events.
