Description
This is a custom built oceanfront home with spectacular views of the distinctive blue green waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pristine beaches of Emerald Isle. Our expansive deck allows everyone room to spread out enjoying the ocean breeze and either the sun or shade, you decide! Two outdoor showers for your convenience.This spacious home has all the amenities you will need. Feel free to use any of our beach gear, chairs, tents, toys.You can grill outdoors on the deck or enjoy using our top of the line Thermador gas range. Of course you are only 10-15 minutes from the wonderful local restaurants of EI if you choose not to cook.Washing off that sun and sand is easily accommodated in either of the two large walk in tile showers. No need to worry about running out of hot water either as we have anewly installed, 2022, tankless hot water heater.Our home is just 6 miles from Emerald Isle town center where you will find restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, post office, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all easy drives and are fun to explore. Hammocks Beach State Park, the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Bring your bikes and ride on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle.We typically require 7 day stays during peak season but are happy to try to accommodate your desired length of stay, just message me!
