Great floor plan; with beautiful gourmet kitchen with butcher block island, kitchen right in the middle of the home for everyone to enjoy! Left wing of the home you will find three bedrooms with two full bathrooms, A Jack n Jill set-up with a full bathroom in-between, the 3rd bedroom is an en-suite bedroom with a full bathroom and laundry room next door. On the other side of the home you will find the master bedroom with full bathroom and bedroom #5 with 1/2 bath next door which can also be used as a command area bathroom. Outdoor is a beautiful pebble tec pool with large jacuzzi and ample outdoor sitting area’s through out the back with the most amazing views! . You can also enjoy a game of cornhole, bocce ball, and horse shoe or lounge around the bbq area and cook your favorite dish enjoying the views I keep forgetting to mention :)HOME TRUTHS;~ As part of our commitment to being good neighbors , occupancy limits and quiet hours 9:45pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinance will be subject to fines per violation and or eviction.~Parking- limit of 5 vehicles on premise at all times (no garage access), no RV hook ups, and no ATV’s and or dirt bike riding on premise.~Pool/Jacuzzi heating will incur an addional fee. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat either or. Typically jacuzzi heating is $30 for two hours of consecutive heating and pool heating $150-$300 per day (depending outdoor temperature and desired pool water temperature).
