Whether you want to sample the 30+ local breweries, explore the Blue Ridge Parkway, or enjoy amazing restaurants and shopping in downtown Asheville, this studio cottage will be a quiet retreat for when you return.We designed and built this cottage as a passion project. Quiet, simplistic, and elegant, we hope you will enjoy the special touches we built into the property: wall-to-wall radiant flooring, skylights, various lighting options, and a private hot tub with a mountain view.The sleeping area is set up with a new Nectar Sleep queen bed. Spacious closet with built-in shelving is waiting when you are ready to get settled. Attached to the sleeping area is a sun-filled, full bath with a step-in shower, featuring both rainfall and standard shower heads.There is a full laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, laundry detergent is provided. Also available is an iron and ironing board.Because the cottage is a studio, the living area and kitchen area lead into one another making the floor plan open and intimate. There is cable and high speed wi-fi internet.The kitchen is spacious and contains an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and fridge. There are an assortment of utensils and cooking equipment at your disposal. Plates, bowls, and utensils are also supplied, along with a coffee maker.There is a small outdoor sitting area overlooking the property, accessible by the front door. A privacy fence provides some added space and seclusion, but won’t keep you from seeing the wild turkeys, hawks, and deer. There is also a Solo Stove Bonfire for your use upon request. Walking around the side of the house, you will find the hot tub, which is thoroughly cleaned after every guest.Please note:The cottage property is semi-private, you will pass another home when you head up the private drive.
