LeVilla 558 is the cutest little up northy feeling condo I have!450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.Enhanced cleaning protocols followed.Beautiful brand new renovated bathroom! See pictures.One bedroom with new KING bed. Nice seating area out back to watch the golfers or grill on the new gas grill. Bonfire pit.Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests.*we do have security cameras on the outside of front door only*
