Our newly built 2 bed 2 bath bungalow provides a comfortable stay with a shared sports court in the side yard and horses out the back window. It’s close to the 202 for quick access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Beautiful flood irrigated neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Large garage allows parking for 2 cars. House is located behind the main home (1 acre total). You might hear children playing outside in the yard during the day 🙂 We’re still working on landscaping: trees and grass to come soon!
