Cozy living space — perfect for the small family wtih little ones, or even shared by two couples. One main bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo.There is a full kitchen with full sized appliances, great counter space and dining table for 4. The living room features a wall of windows, large reclining sofa and love seat, with large smart TV for movie night lounging around during your favorite Netflix series.The outdoor space is shared with the large main house, but plenty of room to enjoy activities. Outdoor shower for after-beach rinse off and laundry room facilities, too. Your dog is welcome — under 40 pounds maximum and requires $300/non-refundable pet fee.
