Joseph Sylvia State Beach is only a half-mile south so you can walk to the sand and water with ease, and Inkwell Beach is a mile north in Oak Bluffs. When you’re in the mood to get out and explore, Aquinnah Cliffs Overlook is 22 miles away, and Edgartown Lighthouse is only five miles away. You’ll also find plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and gallery browsing in town.Time at this first-floor corner condo is made comfortable with all the necessities, including a cozy living/dining space that includes a TV. WiFi is also included so you can stay connected with friends and family and find directions to all the destinations on your itinerary. You’ll have a small kitchen with apartment-size fridge and stove, as well as a microwave and coffeemaker. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils.Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplace is decorative and not operational.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
