The cottage has the best location –It is located in the highly desirable, historic center of town, just two blocks and an easy walk from Elk Avenue and all the town’s shops and restaurants. The cottage has convenient off-street parking. An easy 2.5 block walk in one direction to the shuttle stop for downhill skiing, or 2.5 blocks in the opposite direction to jump on the Peanut Lake bike and Nordic trails.The cottage has a studio layout with a combined bedroom, dining and living area, and a separate full bath and small kitchen. If you are looking for quiet, convenience and comfort at an affordable price, you have found the perfect spot. Note that the cabin is for a maximum of two people and, due to the small size, does not have a washer/dryer or dish washer. The cottage has excellent internet service and Direct TV cable service. A roku box allows you to sign into your subscription services –Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.
