There is parking for 2 vehicles or watercraft under the home and room for 2 more vehicles in the driveway. No garage access. Also, the HOA provides an overflow parking lot within 50 feet. There is NO parking allowed on the street.The covered concrete patio area is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard court, combo gas/charcoal grill, large picnic table and outdoor seating. Sip your morning coffee on the large front porch in the ocean breeze or relax in the afternoon shade. Upon entering this home, you are greeted with coastal décor and an open airy feel. The full kitchen is perfect for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, a pantry, spacious countertops and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Unwind a catch your favorite sports team or a movie on the wall-mounted TV while sitting on either of two couches or an accent chair. For your viewing pleasure, this home is equipped with Smart TVs, Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and Amazon Prime. Enjoy the convenience of the full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) has a Twin bunk bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom (BR2) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closet, and accent chair. The ensuite bathroom is large enough for two people to get ready with double vanities and a tub/shower. The guest room at the end of the hall (BR3) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The bunk room and guest room share a hall bathroom comprised of a vanity and a large shower with a glass door enclosure.The gate to the shared pool is about 100 feet away. You can see the community pool from the bedroom window but are still far enough away that the noise should not be a bother.
