Shopping, restaurants and churches are within easy walking distance. As you can tell by the name of the home, your host is a cycling enthusiasts and even offers bike storage to his guests. The suites are decorated elegantly and with a modern flair. Your host has collected much of the art work and decorator items through his years of travel.Upstairs (Suite 2)A large suite upstairs is both comfortable and graciously elegant. A queen bed is in the bedroom and the bath has a clawfoot tub with handheld shower. The living room’s love seat is placed to enjoy the flat screen television.The kitchen is fully equipped with range/oven, small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A glass table is comfortable for four people. Just outside the suite is a long porch… perfect for relaxing and visiting. Comfortable seating areas are on the porch.House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg’s Short Term Rental Ordinance- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.- Place all trash in designated containers.
