2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin has one queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed, and a futon for up to 7 guests. Living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD/Blue-Ray player, and Netflix (no cable or antenna TV). Master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. Wi-fi reaches to the large covered deck with plenty of chairs. Full kitchen and dining table. Central air and heat. Pets welcome with a fee $60 per pet.If we have had enough rain, the crystal clear, spring fed Sabinal River is flowing at the southern edge of our property. It is mostly shallow, so it is perfect for kids, but there is a 5 foot deep hole aswell.
