Summary:Brand new! Close to everything! From the huge windows of this sharp one bedroom/one bathroom condo, you can see West Grand Traverse Bay, just 2 blocks away.Full kitchen, laundry, King bed. Everything you need, including a city pickle ball court and a dog park right across the street! Because you can bring your dog for this stay!One assigned parking spot.ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.**See pet info below**The Space:This condo is 590 square feet.One Bedroom with King Bed, TV, large closet, and dresser.Bathroom has a walk-in shower.Kitchen appliances are full size, with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and all the cookware you might need if you decide to cook a meal.Living area has TV for streaming, Futon – equal to a full size bed. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout.It’s on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.Please note there is a Ring Camera at the unit door.Guest Access:There is one parking spot available with this unit.The Neighborhood:Please note- Noise Considerations:This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided.Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
