Description

This property is located in the town of AuTrain and is only 15 minutes from Pictured Rocks. Take a 5 minute walk to AuTrain Beach and enjoy the river or Lake Superior, or to just catch the sunset. The AuTrain River empties into the Lake providing early season swimming. This house was stripped down to the studs and completely remodeled top to bottom inside in 2019. Everything is new and beautiful. Space is plentiful for large groups of families. With accommodations for up to 12, this house is a great place for people to get together and enjoy the area. The property has a 6′ privacy fence enclosing the entire back yard. There is a really nice campfire area setup to enjoy the outdoors and relax after a long day of exploring. There are 5 bedrooms with (2) king’s, (3) queens and one full. There is a futon in the lower level for additional sleeping. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen with equipment to cook for 14 guests. All bedding, linens, towels, paper towel and toilet paper is supplied. If this place doesn’t have it, we will get it for you. There is WiFi, three TV’s, a large gas grill, and a free canoe/kayak rental is included. (discounts for additional canoe/kayaks is available) The garage is available for your use as well.
