Daily rentals AND only 140′ to the beachThis totally renovated one bedroom oceanblock condo is located just steps to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven. Walk to all conveniences. Condo has newer kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances (full size refrigerator with ice maker) and granite countertops. Fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Sleep sofa will accommodate two children up to age 12. Bedroom features queen size bed with 14′ pillow top mattress. A laundry room is on premises for use by tenants, featuring three free washers and dryers. Condo is personally cleaned by owner— so no unpleasant surprises when you arrive. Bed is made and linens for sleeper sofa are in bedroom closet. Also, 4 bath towels, 2 kitchen towels are provided. Just bring your personal toiletries. Owner provides two beach badges. The beach that awaits you is a lifeguard protected beach (lifeguard is on beach late June thru early September—9:00 to 5:00) We will accommodate your request for shorter stays–3 or 4 nights, but most guests like to stay longer. Rates are lower in off season–April, May, June, September and October . Weekly and daily accommodations are available.
