We prefer check in on Saturday, but will accommodate your needs. Vacations on Siesta Key are ideal for a quick getaway in paradise up to months of fun in the sun. Great to spend time with family, friends or getting rid of those winter blues! Recently updated throughout, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably all in real beds. Complete set of towels and beach towels for 4 people and extra sets are 15/ day per person. Views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from every room.Siesta Beach, Siesta Key, FL and is rated one of the top beaches in the world. Once you’re here you don’t need a car as everything you need is available either across the street or a quick free cab ride to the Siesta Key Village. Across the street you’ll find Crescent Market for last minute groceries as well as Captain Curt’s (and it’s award winning clam chowder), boutiques, pharmacy, and of course the Daquri Deck, Orange Octopus, great ice cream cone, within a 5 min walk. A quick trip to Publix and Trader Joe’s (less than a 10 minute drive away) to buy your essentials and you’re set to enjoy. The condo has been remodeled and redecorated throughout. Tastefully furnished allowing you to enjoy your great beach vacation. The living room seats 8 people comfortably with a new leather sectional, leather recliner and two leather swivel chairs. There is a 60′ flat screen TV with Blu Ray player and stereo, perfect for entertaining. A fully equipped updated kitchen where many gourmet meals have been cooked. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and access to the private balcony. The master bath has a large tiled walk in shower (with grab bars for accessibility) and updated fixtures. The guest bedroom has a Queen and a Full bed, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combination with grab bars. WiFi, cable television and ceiling fans throughout. The real star of this vacation is Crescent Beach. It is a fine white powdery sand that feels more like baby powder. The sand stays cool even on the hottest summer day. Crescent Beach stretches for several miles, great for walking, shelling, snorkeling, diving, beach cycling and jogging. On early morning walks, you’ll often see dolphin playing, manatee swimming and if you are looking for shells, just walk south on the beach to the point of rocks and past for a never ending supply of some of the most beautiful shell you can find. Crystal clear water with a very gradual descent makes the gulf very inviting for swimming, playing or just floating on a raft. Tropical breezes off the Gulf makes it comfortable even on the hottest summer day, the sounds of the surf are so relaxing. Back at the Sea Shell there are plenty of lounge chairs that you can take right to the beach or sit under a shaded tiki hut or the large cabana. There is a large outdoor grill available to use with prior reservations at the office. For the more adventuresome, parasailing, jet skis, boats, bicycles and more are available to rent all within walking distance. Just an hour away from Tampa and Fort Myers and two hours away from Orlando Siesta Key is an ideal location for day trips. Sarasota itself offers many attractions including Mayakka River State Park, Jungle Gardens, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armand’s Circle and more.The Sea Shell is a medium size complex with 49 units. Your private parking space is next to the elevator and stairs. No long walks from your car or waiting on elevators. The friendly and knowledgeable office staff is on premise and ready to answer any of your questions and give you great advice about the area.Whether building sand castles with your children or grandchildren, taking long romantic walks with your significant other, or sipping your favorite cocktail while watching an incredible sunset, our condo is the perfect vacation getaway. Just pack your suntan lotion and you’ll be ready to enjoy your slice of paradise. We hope you stay with us and come back often.Cancelation PolicyCANCELLATION POLICY: *CANCELLATION POLICY: A written cancellation notice must be received 60 days prior to the commencement of your reservation period. All cancellations will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee charged against your RESERVATON DEPOSIT. Any rental fee paid in advance will be refunded. The ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (based on 3% of the total rental rate) is NOT REFUNDABLE.Reservation cancellations with less than 60 days to arrival date; a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged against your RESERVATON DEPOSIT and the balance and all advanced rent moneys will be held for forfeiture to the owner of the rental unit. The amount of forfeiture will be calculated by the number of days the unit was not re-rented during the full number of days of your original reservation.REFUNDS: No refunds will be granted for inclement weather or early departures.
