Large river trees and wildlife greet you as you pull into the neighborhood and driveway of this 3/4 bedroom 2 bath home on a secluded culdesac. Located less than a block from the river and with pristine river access.Master bedroom is fully furnished with king bed, nightstands, dressers in large walk-in wrap around closet, personal gas fireplace, blackout curtains, tv with apps for access, and door leading to access to the hottub/ pool. Master bath has large shower with double vanity. Master bedroom is on pool level ( 5 steps above the main level).On the main level: 2 bedrooms ( 1 queen, 1 trundle/day bed) are fully furnished with full bath/shower combo. There is a large capacity front loading washer and dryer centrally located in the house. The large and updated living room has great seating which overlooks a gas fireplace and a large screen television which is nestled in large built-ins ( extra storage). The built-ins have games and more for entertaining. Off of the living room, a Solarium awaits which overlooks the pool and hot tub. The solarium provides you with an additional living space, office area, television, workout equipment and space, and is a guest’s favorite space. Dining room includes a table with seating for 8 however additional seating is available. The breakfast room/ wine bar space also provides a table, overlooking the outdoor spaces. This space consists of a hutch with china, serving dishes, and more. The kitchen has basic necessities for preparing meals with good sized pantry, dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, coffee pot and fridge with ice and water dispenser. Large private fenced backyard with outdoor dining area, new decking, pond, putt putt green/golf, pool, and hot tub. Great neighborhood with little activity while also being walking distance to restaurants. Deposit will be refunded if all furniture remains in the condition it was found as well as the property itself. All bills included as well as lawn and pool services. Additional added services are available depending on length of stay. Note, home has a gas stove and 2 gas fireplaces, ensuring warmth and access to cooked meals if weather disrupts electric services.Please Note: You are renting a home in the Hill Country, on the green belt, and near the river which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions, and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. We do utilize routine pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible..Let us know if we can assist you with more information on our property.
