Wake up to the sound of chickens then head to the beach a short 10 minute golf cart ride for a relaxing day. When booking, you may want to check with the golf cart rental companies for availability first, as transportation is necessary for getting around the island.Visiting Daufuskie requires some preplanning as the island is only accessible by ferry (no cars allowed) or personal boat. There is a small general store but you will want to preplan and bring your food and beverages of choice.
