The ensuite bathroom has his-and-her vanities and walk-in a shower.The main level Queen Suite: Queen bed and Smart TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.The bunk room: Two sets of triple bunk beds for the kids, two Big Joe bean bags chairs for lounging or gaming, Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The primary bathroom features a large soaking tub, his-and-hers vanities, private water closet and a wonderful walk-in shower offering guests a true luxury experience. Your private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or escape from it all with a good book. The fee to heat the pools is $50/day starting 24 hours before the requested heated dates through the end of the last day of requested dates. The Coast Cottages community does heat the pools (at no extra charge to guests) during the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you’d like to heat the pool!Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
