However, lounge chairs are available, free of charge, around the pool the entire calendar year.During the busy season, parking passes are limited to one per condo. If you bring additional vehicles, you may be forced to park extra vehicles offsite at your risk. COVID-19 – Our HVAC unit has a UV light that reduces bacteria, viruses, odors, and mold spores in the air and on surfaces. Any blanket, throw, or sheet in the condo has been washed in hot water and dried between guests. A COVID-19-approved disinfectant is used on hard surfaces, kitchen, bathroom, and the soft surfaces are sprayed with Lysol.
