Large soft towels are provided for your comfort. 40″ HD TV in the Master Bedroom.Room configurations• 1st Bedroom: King bed with en suite shower, toilet, sink• Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, twin roll away,The sunny living room features queen sleeper sofa, large overstuffed chairs and is well appointed to give you that “beach” charm. A 48″ TV, basic cable and Blu-ray DVD player are available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior deck with unobstructed Gulf views and outdoor seating for 6. Benches convert to a picnic table. A great place for watching the sunset.The dining room has large table with available seating for 4, with additional 2 chairs stored in laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and Emeril stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, strainers and other cooking utensils provided.DON’T BE FOOLED! Other condos on the Seawall only offer a fridge and a microwave, maybe a hot plate. However, when using the living room queen size sleeper sofa, it comfortably sleeps 4. There is also a rollaway single to sleep up to 5 people.Full sized washing machine and electric dryer are located in the unit, adjacent to the kitchen.Our beach hall closet includes sand toys and beach chairs to make your short trip the beach effortless. We’ve included a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience as well.The Dawn is secure facility with all doors and gates opened with codes. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated) a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe’s Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.This condo is on the second floor. Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.All guests must check in with the Condo Management company upon arrival. Parking passes are included for in your rental fees for ONE vehicle!
