Covered parking, clubhouse, fenced grass pet exercise area, and shared laundry in complex.My all-tile home has an extremely well-equipped remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including microwave and dishwasher). We love to cook! There is an updated bathroom, wifi, 50 inch HDTV, digital antenna, and Roku (Sling Orange and Blue included) plus a shaded, tiled patio with a gas grill and grilling tools. The bedroom has a high-profile king bed with a new hybrid mattress.I may not be in the Palm Springs area during your stay, but I do have on-site contacts who can assist you during your stay.
