Spring brings the lovely colors of the flowers and leaves bursting into new life, invigorating your soul and mind after the long winter.The cottage is 10-15 minutes away from Crane’s Orchards and Dutch Farms, famous for delicious pies and fruit picking. On the way to the orchards is the Fennville Winery, offering tours, and wine tastings. If you like antiquing, it does not get better than this – there are many antique stores within 20 minutes, either in South Haven, Allegan, Douglas, and Saugatuck or along Blue Star Highway. In the summer dune rides are a blast and the South Haven beaches are gorgeous. Go fruit picking for cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and apples in nearby orchards. Art galleries in the area offer a wonderful selection to take home as souvenirs.
