Each bedroom includes a king size bed and smart TV. The home’s guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.Guest House:This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom includes a king size bed and smart TV. The home’s guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.Studio:This home sleeps 2 guests in a queen size bed. The home’s guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.THINGS TO NOTE:• Washer and dryer in the Main House and Guest House.• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow parking on the street as needed.• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed; cats are not permitted. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. All pets must be reported and approved prior to visit. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional fee. Damage or extra cleaning charges attributable to pets shall be charged to you, together with a fine of $100 per day with a minimum of $500. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
