Summary:Located at the north end of beautiful Lake Keowee is this 6000 square foot log cabin that can sleep up to 20 people in beds. Yep… 20! No sleeper sofas, no blow-up mattress or roll away beds. The setting is beautiful with lush hardwoods surrounding the home and a natural setting great for bird watching and enjoying the outdoors. If it is the sunshine you are longing for, the double decker dock will provide a great spot for sunning the day away.The Space:The main level of this home is so tastefully decorated with great spaces to lounge and dine. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. The lower level is a great entertainment area with a pool table, ping pong, TV, and board games. It a great space for the kids to gather and hang out. The lower level refrigerator is perfect for easy, fast access to lake drinks, snacks and for the extras you just can’t fit in the main refrigerator.Guests will have access to the double decker dock. The owner will leave his boat on the lift in the center slip, however, there is ample room to tie up a boat on either side of the dock. The HOA is considering a ban on vacation rentals so PLEASE do not park on the street.The Neighborhood:The Turtlehead community is a beautiful gated community located at the north end of Lake Keowee. Some say this is the most beautiful part of the lake. There is a community boat slip you may use, but you cannot leave your trailer in the parking lot.Other Things to Note:Full disclosure… there are no bathtubs in the home, only showers.The dining table only seats 8 people. There are 3 seats at the kitchen bar area and a patio table that seats 8.Owner’s boat will remain at the dock, however, guests with a boat or boat rental can tie up on the sides of the dock.
