This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (second floor/end unit) sits directly on the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached master bath. The bunk room accommodates 4 and shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a full bed. The open concept living area contains a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable (and DVD player), a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer. Sliding doors lead to a deck that overlooks the river.Deer Park is a private resort community that offers beautifully maintained grounds, a 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground and stunning views of the White Mountains.
