This beautiful home has breathtaking views of the ocean and racetrack and is located in the heart of Solana Beach and Del Mar. Walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.This property is the perfect unit to call home away from home. It has abundant natural light, a fully loaded kitchen for cooking, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Disney+, and Hulu, and high speed internet. Master bedroom includes king size bed, desk, two closets, large, en suite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom includes bunk bed-twin over full (crib also available). The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool access and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys!
