Wake up every morning to coffee on your private screened porch overlooking blue lagoon waters!This beautifully decorated home within a private gated community features multiple screened porches and is located across the street from the beach! Bright sunny windows allow lots of light to shine into this open floor plan, which features a large kitchen (updated 2022), living room with fireplace & comfy seating, and a large dining area on the first floor. The first floor also has the first bedroom with a Queen bed and TV and a half bath that was added in 2023.Upstairs, there is a large master suite with its own private bath (updated 2023). The third bedroom is on this floor as well, and has two twin beds and a private bathroom. Wireless internet is also included to make getting away from the office for a few days that much easier!This home is 2000 sq ft. No Smoking.
