Extra sound proofing for quiet, uninterrupted productivity when the door is closed. Plus, a comfortable couch that converts into a full-size bed.The Bright Bathrooms have hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels & washcloths provided for use during your stay.Children are welcome! There is a pack n play, indoor and outdoor toys & games, plus a small swing set!Circle drive makes it comfortable to pull through with a trailer.Fully fenced and cross fenced backyard is mostly cindered natural landscaping with a BBQ grill, porch swing, fire pit with marshmallow roasters & shady mosaic dining set under the pines!Excellent outdoor lighting to keep enjoying all evening long!Please disclose all animals at booking.Horse area is approximately a 1/3 acre fenced area with a 3 sided covered barn/loafing shed that comfortably fits 2 horses – Please let us know if your are binging horses so we can provide some additional information.Guests must acknowledge house rules.
