Connie’s Place is a duplex with two units. Connie’s Place prides itself on creating a retreat environment where guests can enjoy the serenity and beauty of the distinctive red rock landscapes. Owners Steve and Connie Segner’s mission has always been to evoke a sense of peace and calmness for all their guests, two- and four-legged alike. At this pet-friendly unit, there are NO pet or cleaning fees! There is a two-night minimum stay.The “home” has been divided into two separate units; a one-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit. Both are pet friendly!The one-bedroom unit features a spacious living area, a comfortable bath (shower only, with sink & toilet), and a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. It sleeps up to four people, with a queen bedroom for two, and a comfortable fold-out sofa bed that sleeps two in the living area.Connie’s Place is located within walking distance of Sedona’s many activities, hiking, shopping, dining, tours, and more! Including Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Hillside Sedona, Sedona Heritage Museum, Sedona Arts Center +++.
