Lower level has bedroom, bath, living space with ROKU TV and multigame table. Perfect space for multiple families.Plenty of outdoor space to snowshoe, cross country ski or hike. Private trail to VAST snowmobile trails which run through the meadow in the back of the property. In the summer months great space for lawn games, camping and enjoying the view of the mountain by the firepit.
