If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.❌ Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.❌ Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won’t expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.❌ Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property.
