Dennis Port – Walk to Private Beach!Spacious and lovely home with a large Private association beach located only 100 feet away and wonderful water views. The home has 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a lovely sun room overlooking the ocean. The home is located on a quiet beach street with low traffic. There is a beautiful gazebo in the backyard with quality furnishings. It also offers a gas grill and outdoor furniture for those summer barbecues! Many nice amenities at this rental include washer/dryer, wifi and a nice enclosed outside shower. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost
