Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, ice cream parlors, restaurants and bars. 2 bedrooms (queen& full size bed) with a loft upstairs which has a full sized futon. Parking enough for 4 cars. Outside shower. Comes with grill/ patio/ fire pit and hammock. Inside shower with toilet/sink. Perfect for a family vacation.**SOMETHING TO NOTE** My cottage is a SMALL cottage. If you plan on spending most of your time outside and do not care about the size, this is the place for you! My family has mainly used this cottage as a place to rest their heads at night, whip up great food on the outdoor patio and relax in the hammock! Oh and of course the quick 5 minute walk to the beach!The loft ladder is a straight up and down ladder, please be cautious while using this.No washer or dryer. Comes fully equipped with everything else a family may need.We prioritize your privacy, but for guests’ safety, the cottage has exterior Ring cameras on front door, backyard & driveway. There is a Minut noise monitor in the living room. The Minut device detects & alerts excessive decibel levels & smoking it doesn’t record conversations or audio, only ensuring quiet hours are met.
