Beautiful 3 bedroom, two full bathroom home is located on DeRuyter Lake. The open floor plan includes a kitchen with center island as well as a dining room table both with views of the Lake. The living room has comfortable seating complete with a gas fireplace. The upstairs is a loft style space with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy the views on the spacious porch off the main living area that offers an outdoor dining space along with a gas grill.We have a new stone patio. There is a large front lawn leading to the lake, with a stone fire pit. We have two kayaks, a paddle board and paddle boat available for your use.We are within 2 miles of Highland Forest. We are 9 miles away from the village of Cazenovia, and its nearby restaurants including the Brewster Inn, Owera Vineyards and the Meire’s Brewing Co.. Syracuse is 29 miles away;.
