When you enter, you notice the bright and open floor plan, high ceilings and great views, making you feel right at home! The Kitchen has been upgraded with glass cooktop, some stainless appliances, granite counters, pendant lighting, and upgraded cabinets with wine rack. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The pretty living area has vaulted ceilings, Large TV, a ceiling fan and is decorated in relaxing desert tones. There’s also a table for 2 which is great for an intimate diner or playing cards. The Guest bath offers a large vanity and walk in shower. There’s a full-size washer and dryer in the condo just off of the guest closet. Parking is offered in the garage (1 car) and street if needed.SLEEPING QUARTERSThe Main Bedroom has a King Bed, TV, nightstands, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and recliner. Also, the main walks out to the back patio. The Main En Suite Bath has been remodeled with marble topped dual sinks, tile shower with glass doors and tile flooring. The Fun Mid Century Modern Guest Bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, TV, Desk Area, closet, and walks out to the back patio.OUTDOORSThe closest pool (one of many) is just across the street and 3 buildings down. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Memberships required to use Tennis and Pickleball.
