Spectacular 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo at the beautiful Caballeros Estates. This resort-like property has 4 pools and 4 spas, with well maintained landscaping and gorgeous mountain views. Unbeatable location within walking distance of the convention center, movie theater, casino, and downtown. Unit has 1 assigned parking space in the garage with security gate. Plenty of off-street guest parking is available. This is a large and open two-story unit with over 1,000 square feet. The bedroom has a king bed. There is also a queen sofa bed on the loft. Enjoy the large and very private patio off the living room with views of the San Jacinto mountains.*Please note this unit has stairs to the front door on the second level, and stairs to the bedroom on the third level.* Up to two pets are permitted, each weighing no more than 25 lbs. per HOA requirements. Pets must be declared at time of booking.* Minimum 30-day rental agreement. Negotiable rates for stays of 60 nights or longer.* A signed lease is required by the HOA for all renters. After booking, you’ll receive a lease to sign electronically.* Summer rental policy: For rentals that include dates from May 1 – Oct. 15, a $200 energy usage allowance is included for a 30-day rental.
