There is a new LG washer and dryer.If you would like the pool heated for the cooler months, please let us know, and a $100 per day (3 day minimum) heating fee will be added after you book. The pool pump (and heater) runs from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.The City of Palm Springs requires a written agreement signed by all guests.Palm Springs requires to the collection of an 12.5% transient occupancy tax.We have a local concierge who will check you in and out and be available 24/7 during your stay with any questions or concerns that may arise. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on your date of arrival; check-out time is before 11 a.m. on your date of departure.
