Sleeps 6 adults.All Bedrooms have a King Size Beds.2-Sofas ( sofa beds).Washer and Dryer inside.Tile Throughout1 Block from Biking and Hiking Trails and few minutes drive to popular Music Festivals.Wi-Fi, 60 Inch TV, BT Sound systemMultiple Lounging and Entertainment Areas. It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests. Please inform us in ADVANCE if you plan on HEATING the POOL and are bringing a pet. Additional FEES will apply. $75/dog for up to max. 2 dogs. Guests are financially responsible for any heating costs for the pool. First day is $110 after that $60 per day (November-April), $75 startup fee plus a daily fee of $35 (May-October), you won’t need heating during those months:)Pool startup heating up to a reasonable temperature of 82-84 degrees takes about 12 to 18hours in winter and 8-12 hours in warmer months.
