The pontoon has all sizes of life vests, walkie talkies, fishing rods, and comes with a stocked tackle box filled with lures specific to catch local Arrowhead lake catch n release fishThe home has a bright multi-level floor plan which includes 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The master suite opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in an almond shaped swing chair overlooking the lake and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs with Thermador appliances.
