This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.The Space:Welcome to our property!Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with swimming pool and spa (spa heating optional w/ additional fee), patio area, gas barbecue grill, fire pit, putting green, pickleball court, basketball goal. The home is 3,835 square feet, newly furnished with modern touches and plenty of space for you to enjoy. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 5 cars (2 garaged).SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom w/ King size bed, ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks, shower and soaker bathtub, walk-in closetGuest bedroom 1 w/ California king size bedGuest bedroom 2 w/ California king size bedGuest bedroom 3 w/ Queen size bedGuest bedroom 4/Exercise room w/ Sofa bedAdditional Sofa bed in upstairs landingCOMMON AREAS: Huge open kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. The spa heater is an additional fee of $50 per night plus tax. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool or spa option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $50/night plus tax and fees added on to your reservation cost. We want guests to understand this home`s pool/spa setup in order to better set expectations. We are unable to operate the waterfall/slide and spa/hot tub at the same time.*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area eventsIf you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).OTHER NOTES:*Spa heating OPTIONAL*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
