Hiking trails in the area such as Lost Dog Trail & Sunrise Trail, or boating on Lake Bartlett. As well as the large variety of stores at Keirland and Scottsdale Quarter. Families will enjoy the short commute to the Phoenix zoo.You will enjoy relaxing in the heated pool or spa and lounging in the pool loungers or patio furniture in the west facing backyard. Outdoor entertaining is complete with BBQ, Out Door Dining, Loveseat & 2 chairs.Everyone will have their own space in this home with an open floor plan & 14+Ft Ceilings.
